RING Certification – Recognizing Inclusion for the Next Generation (RING) offers a new gold standard to identify, promote, and celebrate qualifying organizations. RING Certification is proud to demonstrate its support of diversity, equity, and inclusion by introducing a unique certification program for companies who share our commitment.
While acknowledgment in the form of MBE/WBE and other certifications has historically – and importantly – focused on organizations with a particular percentage of women or minority ownership, RING Certification moves organizations to the next level with a broader perspective, championing a variety of initiatives that reflect meaningful progress toward diversity, inclusion, equity, and allyship.
RING Certification recognizes efforts and achievements through a wide lens that encourages and rewards diverse-owned companies and their allies for their support of DEIB efforts within their organizations.
RING Certification Levels:
We have developed a matrix to rate diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging excellence by assigning a numeric measure to determine the certification levels for each RING Certified organization.
- Platinum: 75% – 100%
- Gold: 50% – 74%
- Silver: 26% – 49%
- Bronze: Up to 25%
- Diamond: With each of the levels above, the applicant can receive the addition of Diamond if diverse ownership is more than 51%
