      • Bryce Downey & Lenkov LLC is an active participant in the Illinois Commission on Diversity and Human Relations (ICDHR) and two (2) former members of the firm (Geoffrey A. Bryce (Ret.) and Joseph Eichberger (Ret.)) served on its Board of Directors. We also volunteer for community-based activities such as election monitoring through our ICDHR membership.  Rich Lenkov serves on the Advisory Board for Legal Prep Charter Academy, whose total minority enrollment is 100% and 95% of students are economically disadvantaged.  He has also organized events between Legal Prep and the NIU College of Law National Black Law Students Association.
